DONT SPRAY IT WITH NORMAL CAR PAINT
it reacts with the lexan, which flex's, and wont stick in anyway, and will flake off
you need to buy a paint from a model shop by someone like custom colour ot pactra that is proper lexan paint thats flex;s with the shell

good point. was ok spraying mardave shells as these aint flexible and are abs plastic

indeed, with lexan shells you need a paint with a plasticisor (sp) in it

u can jst add platisicer to normal paint that gives it flex if you wanted to spray it a origonal car colour

no you cant, lexan is 1-2mm thick
when you spray lexan shells you are supposed to still see through it when you hold it up to light, if you cna you have sprayed it to thickley, normal paint wont achive this if an additive has been added to it

oh not getting technical hehe just knew u add plasticiser to areas on cars when your sapraying them which can flex so paint doesnt crack
