to have skirts n bumpers all smoothed in, and move the rear arches down over the wheels more so it looks lower and a widish efect on the front, and spray both sides of car n general touchin up..... £800

wht u lot reckon
tempted to pay few hundred more n get car sprayed in glitter
mind u need to save to get 2.0 in car!

I've been thinking about having skirts smoothed in and would just like the sides sprayed, but don't know if i will be better of getting a full respray

Seems quite a decent price tho, i may have to enquire at my local b-shop!

does ne1 have ne pics of one wiv all smoothed in like this? thers 1 drives about nr me, but he did it all himself. was worried about it crackin but he sed they will put loads brackets etc on, i like the way the wings are joined on.

very cheap for lot of work involved as i got quoted around 400 just for the arches smoothing, then there relocating and widening urs? is very cheap just need to be sure quality of there work is good

yeh the quality is defintely gonan be there, hes done all other work on my car, like boot etc

As much as i think its a good price whats the point if you are putting a 2 LItre in it? combined with lowered harsh suspension it'll crack in no time?

Smoothing is a big mistake in modding IMO

well look at Icemans 2litre he smooth in everything and its cracked not even a week after the work ha been done. Not worth it with the roads the way they are in Engalnd

my skirts are smoothed in, had no probs yet engine been in for months, then again you can safely kick my skirts and not worry about it as there solid

they have been done god knows how long when i had 1.4 engine on and thats with koni adjustables lowerd about 60mm and the ride is stupid, gonna get some coilovers, behind my skirts are also packed with expandable foam

yeh hes gonna put expandable foam in my skirts sed it will help, suppose ther are loads car smoothed in, neway i dont drive my car out of town much lol

had a think im probly gonna get this done n leave 2.0 4 while, also thought mayaswell get it resprayed while im sprayin all tht, would like it to be like fears only black on bottom and silver on top. can anybody do a photoshop 4 me?

depends how theyre gonna smooth them in - if theyre doing it properly £800 is an amzing price

If there bodging it with P40 and P38(upol) its a shite price

depends how it is done tbh, if done properly it wont crack. im gonna be doing my own see how it goes.
