i have two amps runnin a 12" sub each, and they cut out while playing, dont sound two good lol, also i cannot change song while volume is high, why is this, would a power cap solve my problems? also i want to run my phoenix gold QX90.2 amp with my front phoenix gold QX600 components how can i do this as i only have output for rear speakers on my HU please help

power cap would solve the problem of them cutting out (providing everything is wired up ok?) no idea about the changing tracks tho mate... someone else on here will probably be able to help you out with that... personally not heard of that happening before. good luck m8.

There is several things that could cause this,
too small enclosures? what size are your sub boxes?
Also what wattage is your amp? and do you need thicker cables that what you are running?? what gauge are the power and earth cables

what hu u got?
does the hu/amps get hot?
do you have a good earth?

cheers peeps i have got shitty wiring that i did myself but i got a 8 gauge kit so il fit that, cant remember my amps but got them off chillout, 2x350w amps, my subs are royal red 12" 1200w subs from america, not the best but they are loud and decent enough for me, i was thinkin of putting a extra battery + cap in boot but how would i wire this? i have a sony cdx2200 hu its ok lol but no RCA output for front

not sure if they get hot? i got some pc fans i could put in lol?

if your using wire thinner than 8 auge for them 2 amps no wonder your having trouble.
u want a 4 gauge wiring kit ideally.

also a cap wont solve the problem, may i suggest the same as adi up rate the power cables etc and use a higher rated battery

Yup, was just about to say the same thing - no way will a cap solve your problems, infact caps rarely solve many problems
i would upgrade your wiring to something bigger, then the battery, then the "big 3" then the alternator - one (or more) is bound to solve your problem
