Have any of you geeks used SAP at work before?

We have to use it as of tuesday next week to replace our legacy database system.

It seemed a bit error-prone in the 'pre-production' version... Hope the live version isn't as bad...

it works occasionally. I would plan for 1-3 days off work due to errors though

Sorry!

Apparently we have been told we can't really do any work until 3pm on tuesday, and we finish work at 5pm... Don't see the point in us coming in that day personally!

Our accounts department used Oracle too but they are also migrating over to SAP on tuesday...

I used to use Oracle Receivables when I was working in the Invoice Enquiries department at DHL years ago.
