Just got an mp3 player and need the software to run on Win98 but it will only run on versions of windows newier than that. Would i be best to return the player and find one that works on Win98 or upgrade my version of windows (also how much would that cost roughly)

Upgrade your version of windows.. I can have my dad do it for you mate all at the cost of a Carton of dodgy (duty free) L&B fags

Most MP3 player wont run on anything less than Windows ME

They'll all need drivers for 98, which I think are readily available.
