had mine fitted last week wired upto a button on dash, thing is sometimes it isnt fully opening the boot as the weight on the boot must not allow it to fully open it of the latch so the boot is like half open if u get what i mean, just wondering if anyone else has had this and what u did, was thinking maybe a spring somewhere?

you can file the latch off iirc. or change the boot lifters.

ah yeah the latch hadnt thought of that which bit wud need filing mate?

I've got a solenoid but it's still in glove box

need to get it fitted.....

tried this 306 but then boot had to slap it shut dead hard which i didnt enjoy doing

not got a pic, but its theblack part of the latch, it should be reasonable obvious. Are you using the standard corsa latch?

coz then the boot lines wud look shit. would b thin at the top then tapers out wide at the bottem

i have a mate who owns a stereo shop cost me £45 the job, thats including the solenoid, button and fitting
