By the way im putting the changer under the shelf under the glove box, where is best to connect the earth and how???

Go to an auto electrician 
You need to fit a ring connector to the earth lead, and screw it down using the nearest availaible metal bolt or screw.
You plug the red and white plugs into the lead coming from your headunit which should be marked CDC IN.
The big black cable goes to the cd changer port on the back of your headunit.
Im not being funny but you dont sound like you have a clue what you are doing and id recommend letting someone with knowledge doing this so you dont end up with buggered equipment.

i know im new to all this but dont you have to connect the earth wire to another earth wire within the car???

No and its best not to do that as its susceptable to power noise so it shouldnt share the same wire as another component. It should be earth on its own to a bare metal point.
