Ive got the ecu and loom from the xe, do i directly replace the sri loom and ecu with the xe one or do i still need wires from my sri loom?

you need the engine loom and ecu from the XE.
Nothing is needed from the original engine loom but always a good idea to keep it handy!

You could cut the dash electrics plug off of your Corsa loom and soilder it to your 2.0 loom so you don't have to cut both plugs off and just connect the wires using bullet connectors... If you get what I mean

i didnt think anything was needed from the original engine loom.

its easier if you use the starter motor/alternator loom from the corsa engine.
it should unplug from the rest of the engine loom.
