Some are great guys, know a fair few decent coppers. Unfortunately theres always the element which as you say "have something to prove", some take out any personal problems on the public.

Cant they test these vehicles on tracks, where the road situation is predicted??

They mite aswell do shooting practice in public places to.

what ian says is correct, what the hell was he trying to "test" at those speeds, handling would be non existant.

I dont understand how he got off the speeding charge, i can kinda for the dangerous driving, but unless the cops have blue lights on, or hazards they arent allowed to break the limit, they are bound to the same laws as us then

courtney (sp) are the company in charge of making the traffic cop cars quicker than standard I believe

supposedly they are restricted to 155mph. they remove the restrictor and they can reach nearly 170mph (according to the paper yesterday)
