Just had a 1.0 12v > 1.4 16v conversion done to my corsa and the car keeps cutting out when u have been cruising at 60-70mph, eg doin 60-70 mph along the motorway, go down slip lane/juction, go down the gears and the car cuts out, got to turn the ignition off and then back on and away you go.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

pretty sure i know what it is mate, there is a wire that should go from the speedo, to the ECU, had this exact prob when i did my digidash conversion, bet it cuts out even @ roundabouts and T junctions etc when you dip the clutch?

yes mate, what wire needs connecting and where does it go from and to.

Dayum that dangerous, happened to me once and my car locked up. (steering wheel)
lucky i was doin 30.
It was due to some ilding problem i had.
