18kg, so not heavy at all, saved 115kg stripping the car out aswell (ill prvoe it when i get a weigh bridge ticket.

i have no radio so i cant comment! lol
but yes if you have long arms its easy, howevr my girlfriend who is a litle shorter than me often strugges and just moans at me all the time
