Ive got a Nokia 6820. Recently its been going a bit strange.
Few days ago couldnt get it to display the operator logo and the option to turn it on and off is normally greyed out wasnt any more. if i selected to turn it on i left it off and if i selected off it left it off.
Turned the phone off for five mins and it was ok again.
Talking on the phone yesterday call cut out and it said insert sim card two seconds later it was fine. pohned the person back up carried on the call two mins later it beeped said conection error and cut out again.
Now on the menu i have a sim services option which never appeard before. If i slecet it it just clears all the menus etc and takes me back to the normal phone screen if you know what i mean.
Any ideas?
Got the phone in January.

its a comman problem with them phones, software related but it shouldnt really happen so early on since u only brought it in jan. What network are you on TNM? if you on T-Mobile wats the colour of ur sim is it white with T mobile on it or is it Blue?
if its blue its very old n could affect the service of the network.
if not your still within warrently you can take it to a repaire center and IF it is t mobile then u can take it to one of T mobiles repaire center and they will send the phone off for you free of charge, mind u it will take 3 to 4 working days to get it back.
on the other hand if u take it so service center such as selected Carphone wharehouse they will have a look at the phone for u in an hour or 2 and have it fixed on the day
