On my way to work this morning (i was travelling in opposite direction) there had just been a big accident.

An Escort Cossie which had been travelling in the direction as demonstrated in my picture and must've lost control and veered over to the right and went through the hedge in the central reservation and straight across the dual carriegway running in the opposite direction and off the other side into the trees! A Corsa which was travelling in the other direction on the other carriageway smashed into the Escort on it's way across the carriageway and was a write off. The Corsa wreckage was in the middle of the road as i passed. Another car which had been travelling in the same direction as the Corsa must've took evasive action and swerved up onto the central reservation and through the hedge and onto the carriageway that the Escort started on (as you can see from the tracks of mud just infront of me where i took the pic - the hole in the hedge further down was where the Escort went though).

Was also 3 other cars on the grass verge to my left as you look at the picture which had been hit. I assume that these cars must've rear ended each other or something as the damage was only to the front/rear bumper areas.

Summary = 2 cars veering across carriageways with traffic moving in opposite direction, 1 smashed up Corsa, and 3 others damaged through a pile up.

My phone was in my pocket on my way to work this morning so couldnt get pics of the wreckages, but got that picture of the scene on my way home.

Well it was 8 hours after the accident...

But you can also see misaligned bush a little bit ahead of me.
