Just got off phone with 3 (worst mobile company ever) to cancel my contract.

Going on to o2, and getting the phone online, now 3 have given me the code so i can keep my old number, but i cant find anywhere on the o2 website to enter this, do i have to ring??

Also, was informed that it can take 10 days to transfer the number, im guessing this will affect the delivery from o2?

Cheers

You need to speak to O2, they should either ask you the PUC code but normally they'll goto 3 and get it, then you will keep the same number, it takes a little while for it to all transwer over though so get onto O2 customer services asap.

The funny thing is that I put Pac first then thought it was Puc so changed it, ask me again next week and I'll still get it wrong!
