FTP in folder view to the server ftp://ukflava.com or ftp.ukflava.com

When the folders are displayed right click the gregsmix folder and go to properties set the permissions in there to the following...

OWNER: Read - Write - Execute
GROUP: Read - Execute
All Users: Read - Execute

That should do it.

You might have directory indexing turned on on the server, in that case you'll need to add a file name on to the end of the URL.... so instead of http://ukflava.com/gregsmix it'll have to be http://ukflava.com/gregsmix/mix.mp3 for example.

??... you have to rip it from the CD as an MP3 cos your server won't be set up to recognise the *.cda extension.
