has anyone got any pictures of the process of doing a badboy bonnet with the brows and maybe the extention, im very interested in doing one for myself, ive just finished a course in welding and would like a new project to do. any help would be much appreciated like pictures, information, links and also what type of welders you use and also what setting you got the juice on (current).

Make cardboard templates of the extensions you want to fit.

Cut metal and bend to shape.

Weld on, grind, fill, smooth, paint.
