i put mine where the jack is ment to go, jack it up with a trolly jack on the rear beam and that does the rear two, then i jack it up a little bit far forward on the front so i can pout the axel stands in.....

not got a trolly jack only got a gay one from out the boot, jacked the car up with that and went to get under it, scarey stuff, the jack was at full stretch and was fair wobbly, lucky the car never fell and squashed me dead

mate... any of those places will do, the big box section bit in the first pic will be ok, sill is fine, and that square bit with the dents and holes will be alright too

Yeah on the bit which has already had some on there on the last pic. I would go for bottom corner of that bit with the hole in.
