i think the most you can run is 4 point on them, but if you have 5/6point harnesses you can just not do the 5/6 point up and still be fine. just makes it a 4 point.

i think Luke had some in his corsa, im not a fan of those sort of seats as there a pain in the arse to get in and out of, but there for the pug anyway arnt they, so would be ideal for that as its a track day car?!!

Yup they're clubmans, had leather ones in the car for a while, not bad seats if you're on a budget but there are better ones out there

Schroth is one of the world's leading manufacturers of race and rally harnesses. First entering Formula 1 in 1996 they have supplied Renault, Jaguar, Arrows, Prost and Jordan and are also seen in many other major motor racing series including F3000, CART, IRL and Nascar. 4 point professional harness with bolt in fittings on 3" shoulder and 2" lap straps and RFR push button buckle. Flexi belt system on lap straps and ASM feature on shoulder strap and optional crutch strap facility. Not HANS compatible Weight approx 1.48kg FIA and ECE-R approved. Certain Harnesses have different features these features are: FLEXI BELT - Used on lap straps this ingenious and unique feature allows the harness to be configured to tighten by pulling either up or down on the harness depending on the installation requirements. ASM - or anti-submarineing offers a unique safety advantage for 4 point harnesses by reducing the risk of submarineing (sliding underneath the lap belt) during frontal impacts. The inner shoulder strap contains an energy conversion system and it is therefore important to order the correct harness depending on which side of the car it will be fitted to. These harnesses cannot be used in conjunction with the HANS device. HYBRID - Another unique feature where crutch strap attachment is direct to the lap strap latches. This increases the restraining function of the harness by transferring load transfer into the shoulder straps.
