I have some crappy aftermarket tape player in the car
is fitting a cd player as simple as removing the tape player and plugging the cd player in?
it already had the harness in place?

yea it should be simple swap,not sure about the 'harness', do you mean the cage the unit sits in?

You will need to change teh cage to the one that comes with your new head unit but the wiring harness should be the same mate. any problems MSN me
