are you running the standard factory boost controller or a bleed
standard boost will be if you floor it from low revs 1.6 bar overboost @ 3000rpm for a second then it holds approx 1.2 bar 3000-4000 then drop to 0.8bar @ 6000rpm.
if you have a bleed then what your doing is bleeding air off from the actuator (set at 0.8bar). if you just run the actuator red pipe joined to blue pipe then you'll get approx 0.8 bar.

i took the car out this morning and it seems to be holding at about 11 psi, that is about standard isnt it? well its running 0.75 bar.
could it be the wastegate that has gone due to it running 16psi from when i got it?

it sounds like the actuator.
also, id recommend you get a proper boost controller, those bleed valve ones are shit, the only good ones are the turbosmart valves and the greddy ones.
get a electric one. i recommend a greddy profec bII
