Proberly think about the in car boost adjusters, little aluminium vavles really.

No my friends cossie has a high boost / low boost button... on the dash.. low runs 240BHP high runs 343BHP

?? What have i got wrong ??

pmsl, that boost control, not switching boost on and off, no such thing as that

you worded it badly, when you said "can you switch it on boost when you race" kind of indicate there was such a thing as running it with no boost

sounds like swithgin from 10psi to 17psi etc etc etc

ok if you can switch on boost, how the hell do you switch off boost? look at it like that! switching off indicates turning off ie not working at all

anyway your dyslexic so you dont count

or you could just have worded it the propper way and said switching management profiles

eitherway, couldnt you just have dropped it a cog or two and punted it?

get a blitz electronic boost controller. I have mine set to 8psi (standard actuator) ~140bhp for everyday but turn it onto 19psi for racing ~200bhp

Anyone know what the slowest 3 series Convertable is? The old M3 shape? Would be interesting to know the stats as i had some smart arse try and make a fool of me a few weeks back, but he feiled miserably .

a mid 20's bloke in a 320 convertible got beaten by me bout a week ago; he couldnt believe it! being beaten by an 18 year old in a 1.6 corsa when he had his bird next to him

well mr jambo, your not alone. i just got beaten tonight in my turbo. feckin 1.1 saxo went past me on a straight with 3 boyo's laughin at me out back window.

feck, need this car ran in show em who's boss. cant be done by many more poxy arse crap heaps of shite with baseball cap wearing snotts laughin at me.....

I had a 'crew' of burbury clad tossers drive past me in a rusty nova with those seatbelt pad things on all staring at my car and shouting abuse at me...

wouldnt be ashamed of loosing to a 328is mate, 192bhp 0-60 in 6.9 and 150mph top whack isnt exactly slow

i got beat by a 2.0 vectra full of the local burberry gang
they were all pointing and laughing etc until they realised i was alongside them, in 3rd gear, wheels still spinning (it was wet) and i then had to back off to let him in
