Also for the job i intend to do you cant just start as an apprentice and work your way up.
I shall be taking a placement year to get the experience and 70% of students that go on placement for my course are offered a job when they graduate!!
Have you got somewhere to go yet Brad?

Expecting 16-17k debt over these 2 years as the course fees are MAD!!
But its not something you can just waltz into, really need to go to Uni and Law School (for LPC at least)
I am doing exactly what you are doing...however its worth trying to get sponsorship from a company to put you through Law school as most the big firms do this now...
I can wait to start working...

Its normally people who don't go that say bla bla no point etc.
I go atm, I now realise its crap aswell. Did from early on actually but didn't realise that before I started.
Getting a degree doesn't do any bad for you though.

I disagree, having a degree under your belt wont hurt you.
You NEED these sorts of qualifications to even be considered for a number of jobs.
You cant honestly say its better not to have one, or they are worthless when so many employers state you must have one.

You two must have the aspirations of a hungirian sheep farmer chained up in a gay bar in Iraq with a 7ft black man called Jeffory.

I'm at Uni, don't know what i want to be, but after having a year in dead end jobs after messing college up i decided to go back while i could, anyway i picked a degree that i had some kind of interest in. I get to sample Uni life (live alittle for a few more years) and then hopefully get a job i like and care for at the end. Not bothered if its not a high paid job really, it would be nice however i feel its more important to find something were i wont be skiving off and watching the clock waiting for Friday to come.

about to go into my 6th year of uni.
got a good HND and degree. only doing this additional year to make my self stand out further. even though i have very good experince as well.
for life expeinces would say that uni was worth it.
but can really see why it is not worth it money wise in a lot of cases
