im 98% the way through, and ive done everything i can think of  all the races, 100%unlocks, all the shops found etc, but i STILL CANT get the extra 2%  do i have to get all my cars a 10 star rating or something, or do outruns?? i done loads, but they just keep comin!
i want 100% game completion help?? cheers

get ten star rating on your motor yeah...
CF kit conversion will usually do it.

i got my TT at 10 stars 
but still not at 100%
do all the cars to 10 stars??
i noticed in the graphics shop, in the vinlys section, i have the SPONSOR VINYLES locked still  (but i got 100% unlocks )

i can only get them in normal customize mode i think. Ive not got 100% completion either though  . Got 100% parts though

think its almost imposible to get %100, remember this from ages ago, think its something to do quite near the start of the game, could be something to do with the 206 you get off the woman, if u do something wrong it changes that bit of the game or something, can't quite remember

done all the chases (or whatever they're called)
when you pull up to someone driving and have to get away from them by a certain distance...
