its nearly done at last as i popped one of the subs i now need a new one

looks really good mate!!
are you planning on putting the parcel shelf back in on top?? you could put a neon underneath the parcel shelf.
Or you could make a lid for the box that covers the top of the red carpeted bit and gives a bit of a lip over the sub?

the shelf will be goin back in just not sure wether to trim it or not.i thought bout a neon down where the amp is cant see it from the pics but theres a gap.best bit is me and my dad done it and weve never done anythin like this b4

yes mate other than it bein heavy but its all good fun thats the reason theres gaps round the sides so i can still get the spare wheel

coz its tougher (will flex less) and therefore sound better. Lot heavier tho but oh well 
Nice choice of amp!
As for the subs.. you will want either 2 SVC at approx 600+ RMS each (run in parallel) or some dual 2 ohm DVC subs (same again 600+ RMS each sub) and run them in series-parallel.
The latter will sound better but the subs will be a lot more, so its a trade off really!

Me and ktsri make the builds and the standard size mdf we use is 12mm its perfect because its lighter and cheaper for the customer if they wanna pay more we are more than happy to make it out of 18mm mdf
Build looks really good john carpet is wicked glad ure happy.
