Right, the car starts up but idles very uneasy. When I rev it there doesn't seem to be any "oomphh" Its flat as a pancake.
Now this problem comes & goes. Only does it eery few months. It also seems to self rectify itself after being driven/run for a while.
Previously it has been that the spark plugs have been really mucky & in need of a good clean. Tried that but still no luck 
What could it possibly be? Any ideas.
Remember, as I said this problem comes & goes. Could it be something in need of a clean maybe?

what colour were the sparkplugs, sooty black or like whitey yellow glazed?

How it normally looks

As you can see the car is clearly running rich (That pic was taken a while ago)
But they were clean when I took them out this time

vacuum hose fell off somewhere? one of mine was split after rubbing on the strutbrace, car ran like a sack of shit over fueling and idling funny

I shall check that
Thinking about it I took the filter socks off my TB's last night & there was a thinish tube that wasn't connected to anything. If it is that though why would the problem come & go

Thought the spark plugs should be glazed/brown colour in the middle if fuelling correctly.....

Check your Lambda sensor isn't loose on the plug in the bay or check that it is not maybe faulty>?

check all your earths maybe. One on alternator, one to bulkhead from battery one from gearbox to chassis leg

Fueling at low revs may be a fucked ???, get it to an omex mapper and get them to check

Its working now 
All I did was have a detailed look at the engine bay & tried it & it was fine
