offer £2282

i turned it down and said we wanted £2500, was i to cheeky

loss of earnings
uninsured losses ie mobile phone, wifes glasses,buggy,digi cam clothes
injuries
stress and trauma etc...

all getting dealt with by my lawyer

i got £4700 for my mk4 astra sport when i smashed mine, it was an s reg.

book figure for missus' is about £2200 from a garage a1 mint, selling for anything between £1.5 and 2.2 on AT...so..........

hopefully

kieran is still saying his neck sore...going to docs tomorrow. (but to be honest i don't know if he;s just saying that) still get it checked out...
I'm ok just few pains in chest and shoulder, leg etc still...
karen still on crutches, gets out of breath easliy, broken ribs are really painful to, cuts and bruises etc...

too true, he's up at court in a few weeks...he better plead guilty, really don't think karen could give evidence, she is very emotional on the subject....

she might be a while before she drives again when she has healed.

after my crash i cant drive properly in the rain now. scares me shitless keep thinking car is gonna slide into something.

it will affect her in more ways than physically.

too right, screw them for all there worth, say your having terrible nightmares, wetting the bed etc etc and so is the young lad, after that crash I would do the same

Maybe a wee holiday with the family when all the compensation rolls in and everyone is back to 100%

aye AJ it will be a while, she is terrible in the car now..lorry braking 100ft in front and she is holding on for dear life telling me to brake etc....

doesn't help some prick nearly hit us today taking a corner to fast and came across our side of the road....in a huge american jeep pick up truck thing...i could have chased him got out and smashed his face in

stuart i hope to get a good whack...(there is also one other thing that might get us more money but i can't mention it)

buy family car and a holiday etc...

u will be like that for a while mav mate, anyone crashes into you, accident or not i guarentee u will flip out.

yeah me too mate.....

when direct line phoned today and speaking to her about car she broke down on phone too and i had to take over.......

hopefully through time will be ok..

she hasn't been on that road since and won't go on it...

will be a while before she drives...

there first quote is alway below what they will pay out. they offered me 3900 for my L reg 1.2 corsa and i blagged them, in the end i got £1350 for it and got to keep the car for parts

I got £2500 for my P reg Corsa Sport with 83K on the clock.

Brought it for £2750 2 years ago with 47K on the clock.

they will not go any higher they have checked the market place and value etc..and refuse to budge......

oh well £2282 it is.... (we got it for free from karens mum anyway )

getting corsa back at 5.30
along with everything else has got new shoes and cyclinders too on the rear..

oh i'm all excited..
