I went to fit my new Optima Yellow Top Battery today but couldnt fit it!!
This was because the terminals are on the other side of the battery to my standard one and the powers leads and earths didnt reach the new battery terminals!!!!!
Anybody know how to over come this problem easily or is the battery simply not gonna fit right!!!!

split charge relay cost about £15, already had all the other cables.
Wired the relay to a switch live (glove box light) so it comes on with the ignition. Also put a switch in, so i can turn the charger on/off.
