If you've still got the Merc you win from the "Legends of the Silver Arrow" race, use it on the same tournament (LOSA) but clear the records so you win the car again. After you done the 3 races, sell the Merc for a tidy sum of 116,000Cr. Repeat as nessesary untill you get the funds for the car you desire 
Oh yea, B-Spec the races, i've calculated it'll take around 4-5minutes to do all three races on B-Spec. Good luck
