dna lol, cant take the valve caps off.... they are fucked! looking like itll be a trip to the tyre man! bugger! as for washing it etc... yeah ok... may sort that tomorrow i admit it does need doing!

In that case, if you can, borrow or buy a cordless Dremel.
Fit it with one of the small, thin cutting discs and make a diagonal/circumferential cut up the valve cap.
Not too deep though because you don't want to go through the valve, and then you should be able to peel the cap off with some flat nose pliers.
Would I be correct to presume they're metal?
