Not really just needed someone to look in here

I have a set of 14" Vauxhall alloys that are in need of a bit of TLC!

I am going to sell them but fancy trying my hand at refurbing them and perhaps painting them a dark colour. Is this hard to do? what will I need to do the job?

Would you guys recomend just refurbing them but leaving in standard colour as I will be selling them anyway......
