Last 6 days havent been able to get online, if its a red connection or invalid password / username (we know its right)
Have made over 30 calls to Tiscali, based in India so cannot understand a word they say, and still not getting anywhere !!
Lastnight i tried got straight on so i thought wicked, my little nephew just called and now it won't work again !!
Cancel it tonight i think, totally give up.

They are pants, they overcharged me and then told me to write a letter to try get a refund

your lucky that you can cancel. i've only set an accout up a few weeks back an i haven't had a good connection speed since we got connected. there crap !!!

i think if you get a migration code and transfer to another ISP, there is no worry about the 12months contract stuff. i signed up to utility warehouse and although it was a 12month contract, i migrated to ukonline after 2months...no charge

hmmm, i might give that a go then cos i'm on a 2 mb line an i'm only gettin 220kbps on average throughout the day !!!

Theyve the upgrades today apparently, and ive gone from 250ish to 1800 today

yea, a lot of upgrading, most isps are willing to give u the max bandwidth possible, but they could only manage 1mbps for me
