Basically I am currently using a slow-ass laptop (or my brother's decent PC), but I want to build myself a super dooper high-spec PC.

I haven't built one in a while now so am unsure what are the best brands etc. to buy for various things, can someone give me the names of any web sites that do hardware reviews and such, so I can draw up a list of what I wanna buy?

As I don't wanna buy something and find it's crap.
