£120,000 left on the mortgage
£6000 car loan
£2200 overdraft
£12,000 student loan
£245 to my mates
So that totals £136,045 in debt.
I don't have any credit cards or store cards though haha
There's no other way of getting stuff you want though and I can afford all of the repayments. They do clean me out though

Whats "the grant" when it's at home? I'm at uni and i get no grant, have to use my loan to pay my fees.

This girl i know started at uni this year and got £1000 grant, dunno what thats about. Do you get much money left over from the loan, or does it all go on education. Any left over for a car maybe??

I live with my parents who earn over the brackets so for some reason its assumed that they will pay my fees I get 3 lumps off 800 the first 2 i have to pay 550 quid out off for my fees. And i can do what i want with the rest, but it usually goes on travel expenses and food etc. As a student though you can also get interest free overdrafts. I think mine is 1,400 now ive upped it being in the second year, only 200 into it but i need a new car so will be using the rest to go towards that.
