according to my manula my engine electronics light came on last night and hasnt went off since. i never drove my car today at all just in case. the car is driving fine once started. However when experimenting last night, when i started the car it felt kinda jumpy and cut out twice on a couple of occasions and the light remained on. Once it got going though it ran ok. would this be anything to do with air flow or something? i am useless at this sorta thing so any help is appreciated and any suggestions on what lien of action to take

16v? could be a number of things, coolant temp sensor, lambda sensor, idle control valve is a favourite. Do you have problems starting the car when its warm? does it idle irrationally?

now and again it idles irrationally. car starts ok normally so im a bit bemused by all this. vauxhall want £65 just to look at it

try reading the fault codes off and see which problem it relates to
