what are the top little IC's about the main IC ? Oil coolers ?

also is the car very strong on the front cos it looks like they have cut away a main beam on the front.. ??
AND.. what turbo is it running ?? where can i get a custom manifold made like that..

any help

They are very big oil coolers.

The front crossmember is still intact. The crash bar has been removed though.

It is running a feckinggggggggggg massiveeee turbo

Yeah, two smallish (oil/air) oil coolers. Look like 6 row..........usually for a road application a single 13 row is plenty but in this case it looks like they have used two small ones cos of the space!

Not sure on the turbo, there are so many it could be.

Pipework..........yeah! You probably could get a custom one made but your better off sticking with an aftermarket one, just because of the amount of development that has gone into it (gasflow, weight, length etc)

yeah its running alright mate.. seems to be holding 15psi fine too.. only worry is the gearbox/clutch at the moment. its making a little knocking noise here and there.

will get that checked out. gonna be ordering some big performance parts soonish.. saving my pennies for it now

thats all well and good on that motor, but the inlet piping is far too small in my opinion its still the standard 52mm at the top hat

Custom inlet manifold could be easily fabricated on a turbo engine as the lengths of pipework e.t.c... aren't as important.

I think people use 200sx manifolds welded onto an let flange.

they put the standard inlet hose to turbo from AFM on, that crushes under standard boost!

Manifold is a crazy custom one, can use the cossie setup and a garret turbo thats another option

It actually looks like that rather nice manifold is too big to fit in the Corsa engine bay...

that manifold never went on the engine in the corsa, as like people said it would not fit.
go on MIG mate and look on there for the bloke and he has posted alot about his spec, also theres a bloke whos called RobbieS i think whos made the manifold and shows u step by step

Anything will fit... It's just whether they will do anything that counts.

Your better off staying away from designer stuff like HKS though. It's for car snobs.
