gutted. if you dont win then it just goes to show the mentality of the courts system, always favours the older people and against the youngsters regardless.

Really gutted for ya matey..... but if the old guy said that you were speeding then he must have seen you to see that you were speeding? so if he saw you why did he carry on pulling out?
so basically if he had of seen that you were speeding he would have knew that you was driving up the road and waited to pull out.

well this is whats gone throught my mind alot this week and has come up in alot of converstions, we have come to the conclustion, this old bloke, not only has eyes in the back of his head (of reversing out of driveways) but he can also tell the speed of a car he cant evan see!!  this guy is freakier than david blane!
the 3rd partys insurance is supposed to be looking at it tomorrow and making me an offer, so maybe this means they have accepted responsobility??
