finally got round to fitting the new door pods after getting them back from my mate last.fitted with my new audiobahn components.

looks the business and sound sweet as fcuk!



also just a quick snap of the new GSI interior, alot better and comfy than the standard grey seats

i always like the 'in progress' reports of peoples cars. its nice to see things taking shape as more work goes on, and can help others thinking of doing similar etc.

I had a set of audiobham speakers in the front of mine once (car came with them), I swapped them for some bits of trim I think lol

i think they are too big, these are 6.5 inch, i think the rear speakers are 4 x 6.

was thinking of mounting them a) in boot build b) in parcel shelf c) rear quarter panels

there maybe enough room behind the rear quarters as there seems to be when i look at mine as its all stripped out

alas im not a stereo kinda person, sure someone will be able to help you with pics. i have a mp3 player, but never ever turn the sound up.

hilly, you spraying them door handle things on the inside?? i got some in the gsi green coulor already sprayed and some other bits matcing colour too can buy them if you want
