At the end of the day the CPS and court staff are just normal people doing normal jobs, nothing to be scared of.
The people responding saying glad it's all over obviously didn't read the latest posts in the thread as i've submitted an appeal application so it could start all over again...

Translation of my drunken slur:
Yes i was speeding, but to convict me, they must prove it. By convicting me without proving it, they've broken the law themselves.
Appealing does not waste this countries money, as i have to pay the costs to lodge the appeal. My money, not the countries money. The countries money is partly my money anyway due to my contributions, therefore either way, it's my money.
Should i win my appeal, then the countries money will be well spent in compensating my expenses, which will be relatively expensive.
Should they have made the correct judgement in the first place, then my costs would've been relatively low.
Should they have done their job properly, the country would be a couple of hundred quid up without any arguments.

I see the AA have called for all speed cameras to be taken out of use due to when 2 cars go past one in opposite directions, it can confuse the camera and they believe alot of people have been flashed due to the fault with the cameras!

There are lots of faults with various types of speed cameras. If everyone challenged the allegations, it would collapse the entire system.
