I think its a bout time we started to gather some thoughts for next year. We need to get everyone in this region well known to each other ready for PVS and the national meet!
So, any ideas and places you have for events like nights out, go karting, meets, don't hesitate to suggest them!

thnig with the meets is you really need ti stand your ground when organising them, i.e. set a date and stick to it, people will say they can make it but drop out wihtout letting you know, can be a pain, if you get regular meets set up tho with convoy points from set locations then i feel you will have a better turn out. say every 3rd sunday or something..... make sure they dont interfear with other meets like the vxlscc....

ideal, thanks broster! I think convoy points is a good plan, obviously m sutton and your selves witll be able to pic up a few people on the way up to Lincoln, as i will when we have the meet down near you.

i will attend several meets as i do not know any of u i agree on the every 3 rd sunday meet.....unless that was already a scheduled idea, never the less i think its a good plan

mansfield cruise scene holds a monthly meet every last sunday of the month, except this month with it bein xmas day...
