personally mate I'd go for either a lexmaul inlet or dbilas,
As both of these will still run from your standard management and use either your induction kit, or you can use the std airbox but will need to derestrict it.
heres dbilas inlet manifold this uses the standard inlet and throttle body http://www.regal-shop.co.uk/asps/ShowDetails.asp?id=1968
dbilas throttle bodies for X16XE still uses the std filter but has incorporated throttle bodies http://www.regal-shop.co.uk/asps/ShowDetails.asp?id=1900
the 2nd is like what i have but mine is for 1.4 8v

technically yes, but they are nowhere near as effective as jenvey ones
and for the money/ power gain, youd be better off with a performance inlet amnifold
