mine does this when i try to open links with keyboard, mouse its fine

Pop ups are allowed from this site & iternet security is set to medium yet it still won't allow them to open?
Even says on the bar at the bottom ' pop ups allowed'.
Ended up following the link to my u2u's after copying and pasting everything.
