looks good im tempted to try this when i change my fronts. what size speakers did you make the builds for? 17"s ?

Also where is the best place to get a spare set of door pods from to try first as im a fibre glass newbie

Don't mount the crossovers in the door then, mount them behind the dash. Peasy-easy

Using a small flat screwdriver behind the winder. You pop a "U" shaped clip off.

The easiest way (without the correct tools) I found to get them off was with a thin rag... Pull it tight, and slip it behind the winder, using it to push the clip off.

stubs is right about the handles

and yeh could have not mounted the crossovers in the door, but as this was my second set of builds and had the A pillars in alcantara it wasnt really an option!
