as for uno turbo being faster.
what i saw at avon park
uno turbo standard(i think, may have had boost tweaked) standing 1/4 15.3
saxo vts standard standing 1/4 15.0

I cant see a std VTS getting bang on 15 when XE corsa's get low to mid 15's maybe he was tuned. i would expect a std uno to get high 15's so yes he may have played with the boost.

yep standard vts was my mates, my 106 gti got 15.2 standard, they do mate if you launch em right,

yep vts will pull low 15;s std
and will slaughter an uno turbo, thee uno will sit wiv a vts until top end of 3rd then the saxo will be gone

uno turbos are faster than a vts
ive kep up with fad in his corsa in a uno t to 120mph
and seen fad rape one
not the most accurate test, but good enough

look we've had several saxo /106 owners now state from real life situations that there is either no difference or the saxo is faster, so end of subject..

well book figures also suggest different both mid 7's to 60
