going on course £125 takes 3 months off

he was told it was the min ban they said they couldnt give any less
also it is min fine they said

12 months is the total minimum you can expect if you get done for it (6 months for drunk in charge)

The fine is discretionary, to get a #200 fine he must be in some form of regular, full time employment

The optional 3 month removal is often worth it, though can cost substantial amounts dependant on your circumstances (high earner etc will pay a lot more)
