I know it's a corsa website the questions for a m8.

He needs a new ECU and wants an uprated 1 where is the best place to get 1 from, needs it asap to cure his running probs, it's a VTS (p reg)

Any web sites or help would be ideal, cheers.

they often upgrade saxo's with a dastec but these days they can remap the original ECU. Had running probs with my 2000 vts and it was a c@#t to find the problem!

This was terrible, wouldn't idle, rev, overfueling, hardly ran at all to be honest. nothin came up on the diognostics either, garage couldn't fix it so borrowed a m8's power engineering ECU works fine now. Well needs plugs coz there fecked but hell of a lot better. Common problem i've heard.

if it needs new plugs, why not fit some new plugs?

knackered plugs can cause all of the symptoms you mentioned and wont show anything on the diagnostic test.

it's had plugs already at the garage they will probably dry out to be fair, but the injectors were open full all the time so it just kept chuckin fuel through and soaked em.

Did some sort of test i suppose, he did explain, but not my car so i never listened.
