Would moving the ICV to a more accessable location (right next to the powercap/ecotec pipe) cause any problems, just want to move it to ease any futuire maintenance that i may need to do

If you use a pipe that won't collaspe under cav then yeah it can be done, but you cna't just swap th elong for the short, that pipe will copllapse.

Bit of plastic or metal pipe with silicone flexible bits then
