Hi there
I am after 2 different back up procedures to use within a small business.
I have heard that you can use an external USB hard drive backup system but cannot find out any info on it.
Any other procedures would help, links and prices etc. thanks

I would have thought an external USB hard drive system would involve you plugging a USB hard drive into each PC and copying the files you want to be backed up onto it .
What kinda stuff needs to be backed up?
A database? documents? images?

You can get software that runs full or incrimental backups overnight onto a external usb drive.
Also look at Norton Ghost, it will backup the o/s and programs in case of a corruption or stolen disk or even fire. Make sure you take them off site and test them to see if they would work in an emergency.
