I've just got a samsung e720 and when I try to put my sim in it says limited service. does this mean it's blocked? No lee leg comments please

It means you have no signal
Try the same sim in another phone

Go on to settings & then network then network selection
Choose a diff network
Then do the same & change it back to your network
Oh & this should be in Geek Day
