well after havin vtr on the road for a grand total of 9 nine days i managed to write the f'er off. Went round a corner far too fast and ended up hitting the crash barrier on the other side of the road at about 50 mph. Luckily nothin is damaged other than pride, shoulders (whiplash hurts) and my wallet. Didnt claim onm the insuracnce as it wasn't worth it due to the massive excess on the policy, so got £500 for the car with no front end.

Guna get another project motor. either a corsa or mk2 golf, will keep y'asll updated. fancy a black 1.4 8v sri.

Paxos are poo so i wouldnt of even attempted it! Good choice on Mk2 golf! im after a mk4 gti or gttdi!

go for the diesel, at my old work we had golf diesels as company cars, were very nice to drive and the torque was very impressive. i would get a mark 4 but i dont trust myself to own an expensive car so guna get a mk2 and go euro'ey

GT TDi's r slow, get a V5 then u'll almost b able to keep up with my gti

everything was sold with car, couldn't be bothered with stripping parts cos my mum wouldn't have the wreckage on her garden
