after thoroughly consulting the Haynes manual, i figured out how to do it, and suprisingly, NO TOOLS are needed
1st u need to gain entry to the cabin, and pull a lever that pops the bonnet 
Then u need to pull out the bulb holder, and to my suprise, the old bulb just twists out and the new 1 twists back in
Refit the holder and close bonnet.
(this is for cars wioth quad headlights)
This is the bulb im fitting....
here is it fitted to the holder...
And here we have it all up and working
